From October 30 to November 1, Jangjo successfully participated in the Waste Management & Waste to Energy Asia Summit (WM&WtEAS) 2024 at JS Luwansa Hotel and Convention Center Jakarta.
The event brought together over 250 industry leaders and experts from around the globe. Our COO, Dr. Eki Setijadi, had the privilege of moderated discussions on the role of innovative waste management solutions, including Waste-to-Energy (WtE) technologies.
This year’s event focus was on tackling critical waste management and energy challenges in Southeast Asia. One of the key topics we engaged with was Indonesia’s target to achieve a 23% renewable energy share by 2025, with WtE playing a key role in helping meet this goal.
Overall, we believe that the event will help industries and governments adopt more sustainable solutions. Until we meet again in another place and time!
